This 75-minute experience channels your energy into powerful release and nervous system regulation — blending high-intensity movement with meditation and Reiki healing.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute trainer led workout designed to help you let it all out — using punching bags, battle ropes, and medicine ball slams to move through stored stress, anger, and emotion. This is your space to release the noise, the pressure, and everything you’ve been holding.
Then, as the intensity fades, we’ll slow it all down with breathwork, meditation, and group Reiki to regulate the nervous system and restore emotional balance.
This class helps guide the body and mind from a sympathetic (fight-or-flight) state into a parasympathetic (rest-and-receive) state — leaving you grounded, clear, and calm having created space for peace, presence, and deeper emotional balance.
